Please provide a telephone number where we can call you to discuss the details.
Once these have been agreed verbally we will send you a booking agreement.
We will require a non-returnable deposit of 25% to secure the booking and the remaining amount seven days before the event.
Payment by cheque please - sorry, no plastic!
