Hi I'm Alan Graham, one of the partners of A+B Books. I work at the Open University's Centre for Mathematics Education, and have a particular interest in graphics calculators and statistics education. I'm a board member of the journal Teaching Statistics and a trustee on the Teaching Statistics Trust.

I am keen on sport (tennis and golf) and enjoy Irish traditional music; I play whistle and guitar for a four-piece band that dishes up 'piping hot Celtic music'. It goes by the name of Betty's Kitchen:
